We are excited to share Kyal and Kara's latest project, Bay Builds, which showcases their expertise in design and construction. The project is all about stylish and functional design. The two houses feature ultra modern, open-plan living spaces with plenty of natural light and contemporary finishes. One of the stand out spaces is the backyard designed by Landart. The houses feature a relaxing space designed for entertaining, complete with a pool, outdoor kitchen and shower with the Millboard Limed Oak decking tying it all together to create beautiful, livable spaces.

House One's outdoor space boasts a sleek lap pool with an attached spa, a crisp white pergola, and stunning Millboard decking, transforming the backyard into the ultimate chill spot!
House Two also used the Millboard Limed Oak decking. However this time it was cleverly used to create a beautiful boardwalk that leads to the pool area. Complete with curved bench seating that overhangs the pool plus outdoor shower area. This backyard is the perfect combination of style and functionality.
