The reimagined landscape delivers on every front. Layered levels define distinct areas for cooking, dining, and gathering, while still maintaining a seamless flow throughout the space. A dedicated BBQ zone anchors the entertaining area, complemented by a welcoming fire pit that extends usability well beyond summer. Open lawn areas provide room for kids to play, ensuring the space works just as well for family life as it does for hosting guests.

At the heart of the design is Millboard Antique Oak decking, chosen for its authentic timber character and outstanding performance. The rich tones and hand‑moulded grain bring a natural warmth and sophistication to the setting, elevating the overall aesthetic while perfectly complementing the clean lines and layered structure of the landscape. Unlike traditional timber, Millboard delivers this beauty without the ongoing maintenance—no sanding, staining, or sealing required.

Performance was just as important as appearance. Millboard’s resistance to moisture, fading, and everyday wear makes it ideally suited to high use entertaining areas, particularly around steps and transition zones.
