The clients came to the project with a landscape concept they loved, but needed an experienced team to refine the vision, resolve site complexities, and bring it to life. Stilus Design and Construction took the original 2D concept and re‑imagined it as a fully realised 3D design, providing clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward into construction.
The result is a dramatic multi‑level outdoor transformation that balances architectural form with everyday functionality. A grand staircase creates a striking sense of arrival, leading to a Millboard‑framed fire pit zone designed for connection and relaxation. Surrounding this, a louvred patio offers flexible all‑weather entertaining, complemented by expanses of honed concrete, a dedicated lawn games area, and carefully integrated landscaping that brings softness and cohesion to the built spaces.
Throughout the project, Millboard Coppered Oak decking has been used to unify the design — delivering the warmth and texture of natural timber, combined with the durability and low‑maintenance performance required for long‑term outdoor living.
