The Millboard Company's Limited Warranty gives you peace of mind that they stand behind their product and that they will be there for you if something goes wrong. If you are registering Millboard decking boards, edging or fascia boards, The Millboard Company will issue you with either a 25 Year Limited Structural Decking Warranty or a 5 Year Limited Structural Decking Warranty, depending on the installation application of the boards. You must register within 90 days of purchase and ensure the Durafix® fixings have been used to fix the decking to the subframe.

If you are registering Millboard Envello products, The Millboard Company will issue you with a 15 Year Limited Structural Cladding Warranty. This registration must be done within 90 days of purchase.

Please ensure that you retain a copy of your evidence of purchase for your Millboard product.

NOTE: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
